These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dating Due Diligence (“DDD”) website and services, operated by Spice Holdings LLC. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Permitted Use
The service is provided strictly for personal safety purposes in a dating context. You agree to use the service only to research individuals you are dating or considering dating, and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service for stalking, harassment, discrimination, defamation, intimidation, or any unlawful conduct, and not to use it for employment, credit, insurance, tenancy, or other purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and identity verification, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features, including premium subscriptions, are offered on a paid basis. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions grant access for the term purchased and do not renew automatically unless expressly stated. Sponsorship placements are subject to separate terms and creative approval.
6. Referral Program
Referral rewards, including complimentary premium access, are offered at our discretion. Referral credits may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, content, branding, and reports, is owned by Spice Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the service or its content without prior written permission. DDD reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished or shared publicly in a way that identifies the subject.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts or data; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service; (d) upload malicious code or content that violates any law or third-party right; or (e) misrepresent your identity or the identity of any person you research.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The service may reference or link to third-party websites and sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information provided through the service is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. See our Disclaimer for further details.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spice Holdings LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification

13. Termination

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts determined by applicable law.
